Using the Overhead Screen

The School of Computational Science Seminar Room has an overhead motorized screen located in the front of the Seminar room in front of the Rear Projection screen. To lower the screen you must use the tri-positional wall switch located near the side door of the Seminar Room next to the thermostat and above the light switches.

This is a simple three position switch which controls whether the motor for the overhead screen is raising the screen, lowering the screen or in the off position.

To lower the screen, move the wall switch into the down position. The Overhead screen will lower in few seconds and you can then use an overhead projector to project onto that screen.

To raise the screen back up into the ceiling, move the tri-positional wall switch to the up position and the overhead screen will retract into the ceiling.
