1. Hiram will modify the user-request form to accommodate the suggests made at the meeting.
2. Daniel discussed some of the problem regarding VPN traffic outside of SCS network. In particular, we'd like to be able to access the library collections as though we were at out SCS desk.
3. Hiram will change links to point old support tab to new twiki site.
4. Ganglia released a version that supports unicast thereby allowing us to use it on our existing network.
5. Daniel Opened ports for guest access in all common spaces. Ports are labeled by stickers labeled "open port" see ScsVisitors for details.
6. Issue of Access Grid discussed. Access grid is currently woefully out of date. Definitely needs software upgrade may need more. Question came up as to wether it is worth the costs to update this.
7. Jim gave update on the the status of the computer room upgrade. Construction to begin April 4 and should be completed in 50 days.

Action items

1. Danny will make ganglia available in unicast mode
2. Status of VPN investigated
3. More on Access Grid. Need to find out the level of interest for this service.
