Using your Laptop to Connect to the Projectors

On top of the Presenter's Workarea, there are two connectors for laptops. One connector is a VGA connection (Blue 15pin Connector) and the other is a DVI Connector (Red DVI Adapter). There is also a power receptical and an ethernet cable hooked into the SCS network.

To connect your laptop simply select the proper cable and hook it into your laptop's external video connector, plug in your laptop's power supply to the power receptical (if desired) and connect to the network connection (if desired). If your laptop has 802.11b or 802.11g connectivity, a wireless network is also available in this room.

Once your laptop is connected, utilize the AMX Touchpanel to select the proper laptop source (VGA Laptop or DVI Laptop).

Laptop users have the option of sending the video signal from their laptop to both projectors, simply select the same input for both projector #1 and projector #2.
