1. Followup on last weeks action items:
   1. Hiram will modify the user-request form to accommodate the suggests made at the meeting.
   2. Daniel will look at open VPN traffic to be able to access other parts of the campus. In particular, we'd like to be able to access the library collections as though we were at out SCS desk.
   3. Hiram will change links to point old support tab to new twiki site.
   4. Configure Ganglia for cluster nodes.
