File System setup on anfinsen

• Every user's home directory is auto-generated when the users logs into anfinsen and this directory is mounted across all anfinsen compute nodes.
• The primary shared filesystem is mounted on ~/fshome. This shared filesystem is available only on the anfinsen head node.
• The anfinsen cluster filesystem consists of three primary shared partitions:

      /data
      /scratch1 
      /scratch2
